No Cook Banana Pudding

No Cook Banana Pudding

Who doesn’t love banana pudding? This is a timeless dessert that can be enjoyed any time of the year. There are plenty of versions of this recipe around, but this one does not involve cooking. You can even let the kids help out!

Ingredients:

  • 100g (3.5 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 500ml (17 fl oz) of cold milk
  • 400g (14.10 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 350g (12.3 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 450gs (15.9 oz) vanilla wafers
  • 14 bananas, sliced

Procedure:

  1. Use a large mixing bowl to combine the pudding mix and milk.
  2. Beat for 2 minutes.
  3. Next, blend in the condensed milk until it is smooth.
  4. Stir in the vanilla.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping.
  6. Layer the vanilla wafers, bananas and pudding mixture in a glass serving bowl.
  7. Chill until ready to serve.
  8. This crowd pleaser makes 20 servings.
