Williamsburg Butter Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 120g (4.2 oz) butter, softened
  • 60ml (2 fl oz) of orange liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon of orange zest
  • 1000 g (35 oz) of confectioner’s sugar

Procedure:

  1. Using a large mixing bowl, blend the softened butter with the confectioner’s sugar.
  2. Stir in the orange liqueur and orange zest.
  3. Beat until the frosting is light and fluffy. When cake is cooled, use to frost it.
